Dr Duke's list of Plants containing NICKEL

Type of Spiritual Experience
Background
How should we interpret this?
- Chelation – all these plants are able to take up nickel from the soil. This means they could be used as chelating agents – plants that cleaned polluted soils – as long of course as we ditched the plants in a very deep hole and buried them afterwards
- Chelators – those plants that are edible MAY, if they are themselves free of nickel, be able to chelate you of Nickel. We don’t know for sure whether this takes place, the evidence is still being gathered in, but since we are dealing with an edible plant , as long as the plants are clean and free of toxins, eating them will do you no harm anyway.
- Allergy and illness avoidance – if you know you are in a polluted area or receiving fruit and vegetables from a polluted area, then from this list you are able to see which fruit and vegetables to AVOID. People who are known to be nickel sensitive may choose to avoid these foods anyway, just in case they do have nickel in them.
