Symbols - What does heaven look like

One of the colours of the rainbow and thus when seen in this context it takes on this symbolism - it is a colour of the Air.

Symbolically, in other contexts, the symbolism of yellow is not universal and differs by culture and by context.  It can even be personal.  Furthermore, yellow may have both positive and negative connotations. In any positive experience,  yellow might be symbolic of creativity, intellect and energy as well as mental stimulation - the colour of the Sun. On the other hand, if the experience is an unpleasant one, then the colour might represent the misuse of intellect and creativity - trickery or deceit.
