4.1. The positive attributes

In order to demonstrate the approach I will use an example, first the positive attributes

Actual task 1 -  is a Leo Project management task and needs the person to be Expressive, reliable, able to get results and also work on their own, independent and ambitious and determined.  So what we need to do is put the ‘Sun’ -  symbolic of those characteristics -  in this part of the chart.  We would also like them to be communicative, clever, sociable and shrewd, perceptive and versatile.  So what we need to do is put the ‘Mercury’ -  symbolic of those characteristics -  in this part of the chart.  So hard is this task that the person is going to need a bit of a crusading character, with a hint of toughness and some rather unorthodox behaviour.  So what we need to do is put ‘Pluto’ -  symbolic of those characteristics -  in this part of the chart. 

Actual task 5  - is a Libra like support and maintenance task and we want the person to be sensitive, subtle, refined and delicate, perhaps elegant and kind, gentle and humane, idealistic and a bit dreamy, romantic and sentimental.  So what we need to do is put ‘Neptune’ -  symbolic of those characteristics -  in this part of the chart.  But we want the person to be a bit more enthusiastic than just a dreamy passenger, so we need to add a little bit extra – something that will ensure that they ‘go the extra mile’.  So what goes into their chart is a bit of Mars

Actual Task 9  - is a Sagittarius systems and change Integration task.  And we need the person to be intelligent, civilized and kind, with wisdom.  So what we need to do is put ‘Chiron’  -  symbolic of those characteristics -  in this part of the chart

Let’s do some more tasks, not shown on the plan so you get the general idea.  Let us now suppose that the person has to do the following as well

Actual Task 11  - is a Pisces Disposal task.  And we need the person to be extremely careful in how they carry this out given it is going to impact a lot of people.  So we choose the attributes of generosity and geniality, someone with a sense of humour, jovial and buoyant and optimistic, tolerant and broad minded, but with an idealistic tinge, so they don’t lose track of what they actually have to do.  So what we need to do is put ‘Jupiter’  -  symbolic of those characteristics -  in this part of the chart

Actual task 12 – is a Virgo Analysis task.  We don’t want them to be totally unimaginative,  on the other hand we also don’t want them to go overboard, this task involves an analysis of what exists not some new creative splurge,  so we choose the  characteristics of focused, dedicated, patient and organised, persistent [because this analysis is an absolute sod of a project in the time it is going to take]  obedient [because we don’t want them heading off in all directions] and reliable.  So what we need to do is put ‘Saturn’  -  symbolic of those characteristics -  in this part of the chart

Actual task 13 – is a Cancer Installation and Implementation task.  Getting this one off the ground is not going to be a picnic and here a bit of imagination and originality is needed, a bit of experimentation, with some informal testing of the options, a little bit of progressive thought, even adventurous.  So what we need to do is put ‘Uranus’  -  symbolic of those characteristics -  in this part of the chart.  But as this task is going to require a great deal of help from people we also need the person to be sympathetic and kindly, compassionate and compromising, considerate and gentle in their approach with their fellow workers as well as being diplomatic.  So what we need to do is put ‘Venus’  -  symbolic of those characteristics -  in this part of the chart too. 

Actual task 14 – is a Capricorn Design and Construct task.  Again this is a seriously difficult job and needs the characteristics of tenacity and imagination along with adaptability.  So what we need to do is put the  ‘Moon  -  symbolic of those characteristics -  in this part of the chart

You will see if you go to the descriptions of the archetypal characters - Mars, the Moon, Uranus and Venus, Chiron and Jupiter, Neptune and Pluto, the Sun , Mercury Saturn and so on – that there are far more attributes listed than this for each archetype.   But we don’t have to choose all the attributes, the attributes are there to be selected, perhaps only one or a few are needed.  From this list we see the positive side of the person’s Personality

And what I have showed you is a birth chart of someone who is actually a real person.
