A description of the experience

Lyall Watson – The Water Planet

In Assyro-Babylonian myth, water is the primordial element and comes from Apsu, an abyss which encircles the Earth and is personified as Enki or Ea…………….

For the Chaldeans and Persians, it was Anahita; for the  Egyptians, Canopus; for the Indians, the goddess Apa; and for the Phoenicians Aleyin – “he who rides the clouds”.

In ancient Chinese ritual, it is Shui-kuan – the Agent of Water, who averts evil from heaven and earth.

The Incan creator is bearded Viracocha, “the foam on Lake Titicaca”, who emerges from the water to make the sun, the moon and the stars.

And the Greek panoply begins with great Oceanus, the river that girdles the universe
