I had a shiatsu treatment that opened me up spiritually. When I got home, I put on a piece of music and the lyrics took me deeper. I began to dance whilst dusting to the music and then a pure, liquid like, golden ribbon of light came from my navel area. It was attached to the duster handle and the ribbon fell into beautiful folds. Then I had a thought that I might be hallucinating and immediately the ribbon disappeared.
