A description of the experience
Father Bernabe Cobo - Inca Religion and Customs [translated by Roland Hamilton]
Without mentioning the Flood, some say that there was a Creator of the Universe who created the sky and the earth ……………..It is said that………..the Creator started bringing forth all things. Some believe that creation came forth from nothing, others hold that it came from clay, and others that man was formed from stone and the animals and birds from the leaves of trees.
They go on to say that the Creator gave man the skills he needed to cultivate the land, and they tell a thousand absurd stories about this Creator.
