I feel as though I’m on a speeding train
A fast fast train of emotion
Rushing me, rushing me towards some unknown destiny
And now I’m on it I cannot stop it
I boarded not knowing its destination
Perhaps trusting too much that all would be OK
But a train that does not stop is never OK
Never OK
I’m on the train with you
I asked you on the train, but you led me through its door
And together we are hurtling through a fog of feelings
Unable to make decisions, not knowing what to do
Both of us never wanting to be apart
But often separated by carriages of time
But all the while rushing rushing rushing towards some destiny we do not know
And I am frightened
Because all I see ahead of me
