Propylhexedrine (Benzedrex, Dristan, Obesin, Obestin-30) is a stimulant drug related to methamphetamine.

It is used mainly to provide “temporary symptomatic relief of nasal congestion” but being a vasoconstrictor it can cause considerable increase in blood pressure if misused.
