An interesting comparison between a medium's own ability at predicting the time of an event and his control's ability was afforded in a 1967 sitting given by Douglas Johnson to an electronics engineer.
In the first part of the sitting, Johnson was controlled by "Chiang," who predicted that an elderly woman known to both the medium and the sitter would die in five to seven days.
After coming out of trance, Johnson said he thought she would die the next morning. She did indeed die the next morning.
When I asked "Chiang" about this incident after the sitter had told me about it, "Chiang" replied: "Psychics working with their own psychic ability, because they are living in their own dimension, can see forward in time more accurately than we. . . It is easier for sensitives to forecast time more accurately on their own than in a trance state and controlled, shall we say, however remotely by us."
