Hazrat Inayat Khan – The Mysticism of sound and music
The whole process of manifestation suggest that it is working towards some object and that object is one and the same. Yes, there are two points of view... One may say 'a mountain will some day turn into a volcano' or 'a tree will some day bear fruits and therein the object of its being is fulfilled'. But then there is another point of view which is perhaps more perfect – that the stone and tree and animal and man are all working towards one object, and that the whole process of creation is working towards it.
