Mycena cyanorrhiza is a small white mushroom which has a blue base. It grows in forests on wood and has a white spore print.
It is reported to contain psilocybin, however it has according to Wikipedia “no record of use as a hallucinogen and its edibility is unknown”.
It has been found growing on dead wood in citrus county, Florida, USA.
