Over a period of months I found that psychic impressions became stronger and less fragmentary.
When I began to feel the physical sensations of a tingling in my forehead and an activation of energy in my solar plexus, then I knew that I was getting in a psychic state of consciousness-mental images and words would begin to flow into my mind.
I tended to lose my own sense of ego and merge my identity with whomever I was trying to read. And since I was primarily interested in precognition, I would attempt to make predictions about the future. I had been often disappointed in the mediums' lack of detail in their predictions, so I would try to be as precise as possible.
