Fluoxetine , and fluoxetene hydrochloride - Fluoxetine is also known by the tradenames Prozac , Sarafem . It is an antidepressant of the SSRI class. In combination with Olanzapine it is known as Symbyax . Fluoxetine is approved for the treatment of major depression (including paediatric depression).
