Interferon alfa 2b is an antiviral drug marketed under the tradename Intron-A. It has been used for a 'wide range of indications', including viral infections and cancers.

"This drug is approved around the world for the treatment of chronic hepatitis C, chronic hepatitis B, hairy cell leukemia, chronic myelogenous leukemia, multiple myeloma, follicular lymphoma, carcinoid tumor, and malignant melanoma."

On Jun, 7, 2015: 7,494 people reported to have side effects when taking Intron a. Among them, 50 people (0.67%) have Hallucination.
