Reducing desires - the action plan
The purpose of the action plan is to make sure you put a plan in place to achieve the objectives. Once you have actioned it the objective is gone and you have reduced your objectives. Furthermore, by having a plan you think a good deal less about the objectives you have, so in a sense you may have an objective but it worries you and fills your mind far less.
