It is a warm, beautiful day, and you can clearly see a small pond before you. It is clean and clear, fed by a bubbling spring.

You walk closer and see that there is a soft sandy bottom. Stick your toes in and feel how warm and bubbling the water feels. It swirls around your ankles, and you step in and the water is as high as your waist. The water feels clean and clear as the warmth swirls around your legs and hips.

You know that you can lie back and the water will hold you like a soft, comfortable mattress. As your back lowers into the water, your legs float to the surface. You can feel the warmth and comfort; you can now feel yourself floating in the water . . .

Your body is surrounded by the warm, relaxing water. Your head is comfortably pillowed in the soft, lapping water. . .

You are weightless as the soothing water holds you steadily on the surface.

You spread your arms knowing that you are completely safe and protected . . .The warmth of the sun is keeping you comfortable.

You actually feel lighter and lighter until you feel weightless . . .The water cushions you, and you can barely feel it anymore. Your arms and legs are so light that they are barely there. Your torso has become weightless. You can't even feel
your body . . .

You can hear the gentle movement of the water, but you can no longer hear anything else . . .

You feel the floating motion from within ... The gentle rocking spreads throughout you and you are weightless . . . You begin to float above the water, from the very centre of your being.

You are slowly moving upward into the blue sky above you. . .

You are absolutely weightless as you rise higher and higher into the warm and inviting sky...

You are safe and protected, moving higher and higher to the heavens.
