Chin press

This technique is just one of many in the yoga system. It uses trigger points and the nerves in the chin.  Do not press too hard. In the photo below you can see what you do. The photo is quite handy as it shows you that techniques can be combined if you want. This chap is not only applying a chin press but has combined it with nose pressing and eyeball pressing. The top lip has been used too.  All work in the same way via the trigeminal nerve.
