Background
The guiding force and in fact the role model for this stage is the Emperor, a person who has learnt to control power. In terms of the spiritual path we are still at the stage of purification and relearning - this is shown on the diagram below by the fact that it is a long stage
The stage corresponds with Hokhmah in the Sephirot, as although men and women may be subject to this needed relearning, the particular traits being purified are the masculine ones - Failings in the functions of the Conscious mind.
