Case No. 357 - Mrs Phyllis Yates said (in litt., Oct. 5, 1960):

I was given chloroform for an operation. I experienced the sensation of floating up to the ceiling. I looked back and saw myself on the bed with three forms, the nurse and two doctors, bending over me. That form meant less than nothing to me.
