Pramipexole (Mirapex, Mirapexin, Sifrol) is a dopamine agonist of the non-ergoline class used for treating Parkinson's disease (PD) and restless legs syndrome (RLS).  It is being marketed as Bi-sifrol and used in bipolar depression
