On the thread

Even the trip to hell can be helpful. After returning from deployment where I had been involved in combat. Once back I found out my wife had run off with our son. My head wasn't right, and I knew that it could lead to a bad trip, but I felt the need to take a break from reality. I took a medium sized dose 3.5 grams of dry mushrooms. I had my trip through hell, but on the other side I had unpacked a bunch of crap that needed unpacking. Not a cure but a realization that I had the tools needed to get through what was going on.
