A description of the experience
Dreamtime [Adapted from a poem by Heinrich Heine]
While in my bed I’m lying
Buried in pillows and night
There floats in the dark before me
Your face all bathed in light
As soon as quiet slumber
Has closed my weary eyes
Then softly does your image
Within my dreams arise
But with my dream at morning
You never fade away
For in my heart I keep it
Throughout the long long day
