Type of Spiritual Experience

Background

Romano lived until he was over 90 and enjoyed exceptionally good health throughout his life.  He only ate meat in the evening, and then in moderation, occasionally replacing the meat with fish, nuts, cheese and other source of protein.

During the rest of the day he ate fruit and vegeatbles, boiled and raw.  He also was happy to drink coffee and tea, but as these did not 'appease hunger' as he put it, he advocated the use of fruit and vegetable juices mixed with evaporated milk.

Evaporated milk tends to provide concentrated vitamins and minerals but less fat, furthermore it is easily transported in the can, meaning that if you are working in an office, this drink is very easy to prepare.

The combination provides a surprising amount of Vitamins and minerals.

As such the use of evaporated milk has its advantages.
