Wisegeek  are a team of researchers, writers and editors dedicated to providing short, clear and concise answers to common questions. Currently, there are over 200 active contributors. 

It has a different format to Wikipedia in that the website is organised around question and answer lines and the answers are geared towards the average person – so relatively simple.

They try to choose qualified contributors to provide answers, but even they admit “occasionally an error sneaks into one of our articles”.

I think they do a sterling job and from my point of view the observations from people on the site around subjects such as hallucinations and out of body have been extraordinary useful.

Via the "Contact Us" link located at the bottom of every article page, readers may report potential problems.
