One young widower was very comforted by a "visit" from his wife some four months after a car accident in which she was killed instantly at the young age of thirty-two. She came quite unexpectedly and assured him that she was in a good place and that they would see each other again someday. Since he had never been able to tell her "good-bye" because of the suddenness of her death, that visit was especially important to him. It also helped to be able to reassure their three small children that Mommy was all right.
