Whiteman, J H M relives being a little girl

Type of Spiritual Experience
Background
A definite past life! One presumes that the moment for the little girl he once was, was a very very happy one and this is why the perception was so easy to access.
One of the reasons he was so ecstatic about being in feminine form was at the time he had been reading about the need to find the feminine in you to achieve higher spiritual states and lo and behold he found her, albeit in past life form.
A description of the experience
The Mystical Life – J H M Whiteman
(July 1932) I awoke in the early morning in a state of poised dissociation …. Almost at once I seemed to be carried out into the garden, and appeared then to be lying on the grass in a pose similar to that of my physical body in bed. The condition, however, was one of exceptionally complete and satisfying spiritual release. There was an atmosphere of bright light around, though nothing definite could be seen.
An astonishing feeling of perfect health, beyond anything in physical experience, filled my .. body as I breathed the invigorating fresh air and felt it in my lungs.
By the sense of space, precisely feeling but not seeing, the attention of the mind passed over the spiritual form, while the heart was filled with intense admiration and gratitude. …. Totally unlike my physical form, it was that of a child aged perhaps 13 or 14 years, a form of such absolute acceptability and reality as could never have been created by any work of imagination or memory, or in any other way than by the direct expression of a reality from above.
…. As for the outer contour, it was granted me to perceive vividly the shaping and line of forehead and eyebrows, inexplicably beautiful, and to know myself as perfectly and wonderfully feminine in every way.
Without any apparent change of position, I became merged again in the physical body; but the heart-fulfilling effect of that reality remained with me for several hours, and still remains strong in the memory.
