Generally speaking, the way to initiate sexual intercourse is as follows. Hold hands, and begin stroking from the wrists, following the arms up to the armpits, then up to the shoulders and to the neck area.

Stroke around the neck, then down to the hollow of the collarbone, over the nipples, across the belly, and up to the ribs. Reaching the vulva, massage the clitoris. Suck in energy to vitalize the spirit, and you can see forever and survive as long as the universe.

The clitoris is the vessel of intercourse inside the vulva; stroke it from below upward, causing the whole body to be pleasurably excited and the feelings to be joyfully delighted. Even though you want to, do not perform the act yet; hug and kiss, to loosen up and have fun.

The way to play is as follows.

First, when energy rises and the face gets hot, slowly exhale.

Second, when the woman's nipples become erect and her nose begins to run, slowly embrace.

Third, when your tongues are sweet and slippery, slowly tongue kiss.

Fourth, when her thighs are wet with her secretions, slowly move.

Fifth, when her throat gets dry and she keeps swallowing saliva, slowly rock. These are called the five signs of desire.

When the five signs are all there, mount her and penetrate her, but do not go all the way in, so as to bring the energy. Once the energy comes, penetrate deeply and thrust upward into her, so as to disperse the heat. Repeat up and down movement, not letting the energy stop, and the woman will attain a great climax.

After that, perform ten sets of movements, continue with the ten styles of intercourse, and mix the ten manners of penetration. When sexual intercourse is finishing, concentrate the energy in the genitals, then watch the eight movements, listen to the five sounds, and observe the ten signs of consummation.
