When I was seventeen and severely depressed, I was suicidal and just didn't care about anything anymore.
One night I woke up suddenly from a dream and felt completely detached from my body-floating above it. There was also a very loud noise and a powerful energetic feeling like electricity or something. I was talking to myself, saying things like " Oh shit, oh shit, please stop, please stop," because I'd never experienced anything like it before. The weird thing is that I had wanted to die, but when this was happening I was suddenly scared and praying to survive.
