The image is a tiny portion of the actual Rubens picture which in its full form shows the pregnant queen Marie de Médicis under the protection of Jupiter and Junon (Junon is the goddess of childbirth). In the full picture she is surrounded by the fates, shown symbolically as neither negative nor fatal by the omission of scissors.
I just liked the rather adoring look she has for Jupiter. She’s smitten.

It is clear that I am
Smitten
That I am endlessly love
Struck
[And some would say
What luck]
It is with you that I’m
Besotted
And you should by now have
Spotted
That with your body I’m
Obsessed
Of all bodies, yours the
Best
And of your mind
Infatuated
Of your desire I would be
Sated
Some would say that I’m
Lovesick
But no other I would
Pick
Just you my little turtle
Dove
With whom - head over heels in
Love
