I sat in the chapel, ...in sweetness of prayer and meditation and delighted, for I suddenly felt unusual heat which was not at all unpleasant. ..... and then added to this sensible heat was the receipt of untold sweet sounds heavenly and spiritual, which belongs to the song Melodie of eternal praise, and sweetness of the invisible, which is to be known and can only be heard by the one who accepts it, and this continued for half a year.
