I get this feeling of euphoria from time to time, maybe once or twice a day at most and it only lasts a minute or two.  It's like a state of being totally calm, happy, and content.  It started in the 2nd trimester and I still get it (28w 4d).  It's hard to explain but it's not necessarily a mental thing, it's more of an internal feeling.  I cant help but wonder if it's something many pregnant women experience...
