The Truth in the Light – Dr Peter Fenwick and Elizabeth Fenwick
I started zooming down this really black tunnel at what seemed like 100 mph. Then I saw this enormous brilliant light at the end which seemed to take on the shape of an angel. When I reached the light I heard a voice saying,
‘Go back, go back’ and seeming to will me to make the return journey. I then came back along this tunnel, but very slowly.
I couldn’t get the experience out of my mind and told my mother. She laughed and thought I’d made up the whole thing. Then years later I read about the entertainer Ronnie Dukes. He’d had the same experience suffering a heart attack. I showed this article to my mother and it left her stunned as she knew then an 8 year old couldn’t have made it up. I’ll never forget what happened. I can see it all so clearly now all those years later
