Background
Rebirth is one spiritual experience which should only be experienced lying down! and you will need a helper with you, or at least a helper close by, and with every expectation [if you know what is coming] that it will be quite a shock to the system.
There is no technique or instructions that enable you to have a rebirth experience – if you are due one you will have it.
