Nietzshe Poem
I’m not emotional, not hysterical, not a bunch of feelings
But why no call and why no text and why aren’t I appealing
Please say you care, say you’ll be there, I’ll lots of emails send
I’ll write you endless poems, please tell me you’re my friend
I’m not excitable, not insecure, each missed call’s not a drama
No I don’t need those silly pills and don’t say ‘we must calm her’
Just text me every minute every hour of every day
To say that you still love me, then tears will go away
I know I’m happy one day and the next day I am sad
I know I’m up and then I’m down in torment then I’m glad
I know I seem quite schizophrenic, not just one but two
But darling darling don’t you see it’s all because of you
I don’t go out, stay in all day because you said you’d phone
And wait for hours and hours to hear your voice alone
My life’s become a carousel that revolves around you
And sweetheart it’s not funny, no it’s madness what I do
No I’m not a silly woman and I’m not a ‘useless dear’
I was fine before I met you, I was calm and cool and clear
So save me from this dreadful state, please help it to all end
Please call me, call me, call me and tell me you’re my friend
