It is a blocker of the serotonin, norepinephrine and dopamine transporters. It is an agonist of many seretonin receptors as well as two dopamine receptors; it is an antihistamine and has anticholinergic properties. And it is an alpha1-adrenergic and alpha2-adrenergic receptor antagonist.
