This case is taken from Proc., XI, 446.
A lady staying with a relative in Paris, saw, while she was in bed, a hallucinatory figure resembling him, but shrunken, partially paralysed and apparently imbecile, crossing the room. He was asleep at the time. Some time later he was attacked by softening of the brain, and became nearly as she had seen him in the hallucinatory vision.
