Morphine

Hydromorphone [EROWID description and observations]
Hydromorphone – Dilaudid ; Hydrostat; Palladone . Hydromorphone is an opiate, narcotic analgesic. It is a semi-synthetic derivative of morphine and shares much of the effects of morphine. It is a mu, kappa and delta receptor agonist with high mu efficacy and potency.

Dihydromorphine
Dihydromorphine (Paramorfan, DHM, Paramorphan) is a semi-synthetic. In structure, it is very similar to morphine. It is acts as an agonist at the μ-opioid (mu), δ-opioid (delta) and κ-opioid (kappa) receptors. Dihydromorphine is slightly stronger than morphine as an analgesic with a similar side effect profile. Dihydromorphine has a longer duration of action (6 hours vs 4 hours) than morphine. At the present time, dihydromorphine is most commonly used in Japan, and various European and Asian countries. It is a Schedule I drug under the Controlled Substances Act of 1970 in the USA. In most other countries, dihydromorphine is classified at the same level as morphine or pethidine.
Normorphine
Normorphine is an opiate analogue that is the N-demethylated derivative of morphine. Opinions seem to vary amongst scientists as to whether it has no activity or has activity. The IUPHAR database states it is a full agonist at the mu, kappa and delta receptors
