The cabin in this example was airless and small.
A description of the experience
I was asleep in my cabin and somehow I came to realise that my body was threshing around in the bunk. I could see this as my mind seemed to be standing at the side of my bunk.
There wasn't a second me to be seen visibly, but my second mind was at the same level as my head would normally be.
It is very difficult to explain exactly what I felt, as my body had a mind too, though the one outside seemed to be in some way superior, and both were working at once.
My body's mind was telling me that if I didn't wake up immediately, I would die, and my body responded by threshing around violently.
My outside mind knew that I couldn't wake up without it, but didn't seem in any hurry to get back
In one final surge of strength, whether mental or physical I do not know, my outside mind then re-entered my body.
