Metronome - A friend said she was falling asleep and started focusing on a Metronome from a movie. Soon as she almost fell asleep, she got up and realised everything was darkened and could see a lot of spirits around. And she could see herself and her surrounding. She got scared and came back to her body. Is it possible to have an out of body experience this way?
