I had 3 diferent fish oils for almost a year,every morning.Also some zinc and liquid iron .Nealy the whole bottle ina week .Also kefir.
I would liketo ask if this was na overdose .I also had herbs and wormwood.Alog with MCToils and
other things .
Unfortunately after a while i grew anixious and needed to see some one.
I experienced very bad hallucinations after the iron and zinc.I would like to ask if the hallucinations were casued by the excessive vitmains and herbs etc
