I am a male nurse who has had what the medical community classifies as night terrors. I have had almost unbearable fears at night for most of my life. I had gone to sleep labs, but nothing seemed to help my situation. The very first night I went to bed after reading Adventures Beyond the Body I had the most beautiful night of my life. It was then that I realized that the vibrations and sounds should be welcomed, not feared, for they are the first stages of a beautiful adventure. Now I demand what I want out of these episodes. The only problem I have now is not being able to get those sounds and vibrations to come more often.
