Recollections of death – Dr Michael Sabon

This has happened three times.  All three circumstances are identical and I think that has a lot to do with it.  It normally happens after I have been up for three or four days in a row.  I get very tired and lay down for a brief nap.

All three times I’m just laying in bed at home and I just come up out of my body.  Again, I’m always up in the upper left, looking down at my body and I know it’s me.

The three time that I’ve done it I’ve done three different things.

The first time I did it I floated up and down Interstate 20, which is the Interstate where I live, why I don’t know.  When I was going up and down Interstate 20, I could see cars and people.  It was almost like I could get right beside the window at 60 or 70 miles an hour and not move.  I would look into the car like I was riding right beside them.  And then I would float on off to another car.  It was almost like I was looking for someone or somebody, but I never found it.  I had no perception of length of time.  It’s very very real.

The second time I did it was very funny, but it got verified.  Next door to me is a nurse, a very good friend of mine for about 10 years.  I’ve always kidded her about the fact that one of these days I’m going to take a shower with her.  Now that was kidding.  The second time I came out of this thing, I went over to the buildings and into her shower, where she was taking a shower.  Two days later she said she felt me in the shower with her.  I said ‘Wishful thinking on your part!’  I was kidding her about it.
The third time I did it I didn’t leave my place at all but just floated in my room
