A description of the experience
Lucid dreams – Celia Green
My experience was … when my son – an only child – was 2 years old. It was evening and I was sat on the bed and leaning over his cot reciting nursery rhymes, which he was repeating after me.
Suddenly I was suspended in mid air a few feet from bottom of his cot, looking down at the scene of myself still leaning over the cot.
I felt very puzzled and bewildered but it was all over in a couple of seconds. When I got back in my body my son was still repeating a line from the nursery rhyme
