A month ago I saw what I thought was a ghost (yes I believe in ghosts). I am not sure what woke me up, but I heard a sound and turned to look and there was someone there (looked like my mom) petting my cat (who sleeps beside me). Then it straightened up and kind of transformed into looking like a friend from college. At this point, I turned terrified to my husband and just clenched onto him, whimpering I think. He woke up at that and I turned to look again and it was gone. The whole thing felt like a dream, but I knew I was awake. I haven't gone to sleep without my husband with since then. I didn't tell anyone about it because it sounded so crazy, but what happened to you sounded a lot like it. So, you aren't alone. My BP has always been great at every doctor's visit too, so I don't think that could be it. It makes me wonder what caused it though. So, if you figure it out please share!
