Isosorbide dinitrate, ISDN, is a nitrate used pharmacologically as a vasodilator for angina (heart-related chest pain), congestive heart failure, and esophageal spasms.

Isosorbide dinitrate is sold in the USA under the brand names Dilatrate-SR and Isordil. In the United Kingdom, Argentina, and Hong Kong, a trade name of it is Isoket. It is also a component of BiDil.

On Aug, 25, 2015: 10,363 people reported to have side effects when taking Isosorbide mononitrate. Among them, 59 people (0.57%) have Hallucination.

On Sep, 6, 2015: 7,996 people reported to have side effects when taking Isosorbide dinitrate. Among them, 73 people (0.91%) have Hallucination.
