WHAT AND WHERE IS HEAVEN?

Does heaven exist? With well over 100,000 plus recorded and described spiritual experiences collected over 15 years, to base the answer on, science can now categorically say yes. Furthermore, you can see the evidence for free on the website allaboutheaven.org.

VISIONS AND HALLUCINATIONS

This book, which covers Visions and hallucinations, explains what causes them and summarises how many hallucinations have been caused by each event or activity. It also provides specific help with questions people have asked us, such as ‘Is my medication giving me hallucinations?’.

Suppression

Sexy eating - dairy products, eggs, figs and nuts

Category: Actions

Type

Involuntary and voluntary

Introduction and description

This activity may seem diametrically opposed to the activity in which one adjusts the diet – Dietary moderation.  But there is a difference.  Dietary moderation is for use just before you seek spiritual experience directly, but Sexy eating is an ongoing adjustment whose aim is very specific.  It also has its drawbacks and thus may not be the choice of some people.  This is your choice.

It is only for use by those who wish to use the sex based activities - Making love, Peaking, Sex Magick and Sexual stimulation.  Its purpose it to provide you with 'sexual energy'.

The theory

The Pineal gland produces a hormone called Melatonin.  Melatonin can suppress libido by inhibiting secretion of two hormones  - luteinizing hormone (LH) and follicle-stimulating hormone (FSH) from the anterior pituitary gland – see FSH and LS.

But, Melatonin production is inhibited by pineal gland calcification.  A calcified Pineal gland does not work as well – inhibiting the release of melatonin and thus improving our sexual energy.

Thus if the pineal gland is calcified,  we inhibit melatonin and thereby increase the release of LH and FSH.  More sexual energy – more sperm, higher libido.

Calcification

Go to work on an egg.....

The Pineal gland  ‘calcifies’ as a result of three things - certain foods, ageing and sunshine:

  • Light exposure - subjecting ourselves to long exposures of very intense light with a high level of blue and UV light in it [by the sea for example, or by staring at the sky] helps to both calcify the pineal gland and suppress melatonin – see Being naked in the sun.
  • Ageing – melatonin decreases with age, but the Pineal gland calcifies naturally anyway with age [see Brain sand].
  • Sexy foods -  a diet rich in eggs, dairy products, nuts and figs.

A pint of milk a day helps the little sperm play

Oxytocin

Oxytocin also has a key part to play in the techniques that involve sex based activity. The production of oxytocin requires Cholesterol and Magnesium.

Magnesium can be found in certain foods.

Suppressing melatonin can have two knock on effects.  It may cause weight gain.  It may also increase cholesterol production, as Melatonin in the gallbladder converts cholesterol to bile. Suppression of melatonin may increase the amount of cholesterol produced in the gallbladder by regulating the cholesterol that passes through the intestinal wall.

Overall

If you want to practise any of the sex based activities you need to

  - go out in the sun more - see Being naked in the sun.

  - get older [old people are sexy people, very old people are very very sexy people, but can't remember they are - sorry a joke - or maybe not]

  - eat certain foods - of which more shortly

By doing this however, you do run the risk of gaining weight - fat elderly people are sexy people!

Background

The Pineal gland has been extremely key in the sexual practises of the Chinese Qigong system, Hindu/Indian, Japanese , Ninjutsu and Ninpo and early Greeks.

The Polynesians who used the Kahuna system ate well with a high level of fruit, fish and carbohydrates rich in calcium.

The Greeks but more specifically those involved in the Dionysian mysteries  had large banquets which were rich in eggs, wine, cheese, fish, liver, figs and nuts.

Dionysos was sometimes depicted as assuming the form of a mighty bull, which is a symbol of both virility, but is also associated in a more literal sense with dairy products.  It is no accident that the Hindus venerate the cow and the products she produces in both a symbolic and literal sense.

Clement of Alexandria – Exhortation to the Greeks 2.16

The bull is father of the serpent and the serpent father of the bull.

See also the extensive symbolism of the Pine cone

There were legends of them being almost rampantly sexual – nymphomaniacs [nymphs]  when women and rampant when men.  The Roman Mysteries had similar activities.

Method

In dietary terms, calcification of the pineal gland can be caused by

  • Vitamin K deficiency
  • Poor calcium absorption due to a high calcium/vitamin D diet.

It makes no sense to deprive yourself of vitamin K, but it is possible to give yourself a diet high in Calcium rich foods and an ‘excess’ of Vitamin D, which causes abnormally high blood concentrations of calcium.

Now here comes the first warning, the calcification is not just of the pineal gland, but of the arteries – thus another side effect is cardiovascular diseaseEndothelial dysfunction.  So bear this in mind.

The sources of Vitamin D are certain sorts of sunlight and certain foods.  This is why it makes sense to combine this technique with that of Being naked in the sun.  The source of calcium is food.  The table below shows the food sources.

How it works

It doesn't on its own, however, it is an essential component if one wishes to use the sex based activities - Making love, Peaking, Sex Magick and Sexual stimulation.  Its purpose it to provide you with 'sexual energy'.  There may, of course, be some knock on healing effects for those suffering with a 'low libido'.

Sitting on a park bench in the sun eating a packet of salted nuts takes on a whole new meaning in this context.

Advantages

In theory, not for those with heart problems, but otherwise a very pleasant way to spend a few days, or months, or years………….

  • Free, legal
  • Very pleasurable
  • Effective – it clearly worked for the Greeks, the Hindus, the Polynesians and a whole host of other cultures at one time
  • Antidepressant effects - It may be worth adding that there is a possible additional positive side-effect of melatonin suppression.  Luzindole is a drug used in scientific research to study the role of melatonin in the body. It acts as a selective melatonin receptor antagonist.  So it suppresses melatonin.  In animal studies, it has been observed to produce antidepressant effects.

Disadvantages

  • We may gain weight - melatonin supplementation in drinking water reduces body weight and abdominal fat in experimental animals, suppressing melatonin may cause weight gain.
  • Heart problems - It may also increase cholesterol production, as Melatonin in the gallbladder converts cholesterol to bile. Suppression of melatonin may increase the amount of cholesterol produced in the gallbladder by regulating the cholesterol that passes through the intestinal wall.  Cholesterol is actually used to heal and the link between this and heart disease is looking a lot more tenuous as more research appears.  Generally cholesterol appears in our blood stream when we are riddled with toxins and viruses that need to be fought off, but either way it may not help anyone with cardiovascular disease.

Observations

It worked for the Greeks, the Romans, the Hindus, the Egyptians, the Polynesians, the Chinese plus many other cultures.  If you look at the symbolism for the Pine cone, you will see that the pine cone is there in numerous cultures and greatly revered.  If you look at the Thyrsus symbolism you will see how this technique was recognised in the Dionysian and Bacchanalian cults.
