The meal should include:

 (1) meat especially kid of goats; veal, and year-old lambs

(2) wheat, which is cleaned of extraneous matter and gathered during a healthy harvest without ever being exposed to injurious influences

 (3) sweets (fruits) of appropriate temperament.

Lastly, the third thing mentioned is sleep; to make sure that you do not sleep during the days, and do not stay awake during the nights.
