Type of Spiritual Experience

Hallucination

Number of hallucinations: 1

Background

I don’t know who Hans meant when he uses the word Kafir, as it appears to have numerous meanings. The Nuristani people were formally known as Kaffirs of Kafiristan, the Kalash people located in the Hindu Kush mountain range south west of Chitral are known as Kafirs, and the word Kafir is used by moslems to mean someone who isn’t a moslem, so who knows.

Junipers are coniferous plants in the genus Juniperus of the cypress family Cupressaceae. Depending on taxonomic viewpoint, there are between 50-67 species of juniper, widely distributed throughout the northern hemisphere, from the Arctic, south to tropical Africa in the Old World, and to the mountains of Central America.

A description of the experience

Hans Peter Duerr - Dreamtime
