A description of the experience

I was exhausted and felt I could no longer bear the pain.  I fell backwards on to the pillows.  And then I seemed to be looking down at myself. I could see all about me and looking over towards the window I could see children playing in the garden next door.  Yet that was something I couldn’t possibly have seen from my bed.  I looked so peaceful, and I can’t describe the marvellous feeling I felt……….
