A collection of observations
The implications from Spinoza's philosophical arguments are that God is not only the sum total of all current function, but is the totality of all function and attributes that have ever existed. As such, God has the functionality of dinosaurs, ancient tree ferns, nebulae, and galaxies, for example and all past life forms…No function or attribute once created is ever deleted, even if it may not be used now.
As such God is the sum total of all function and all attributes from the moment of creation In effect, God is growing in ‘power’. It may also be worth noting the extract below which indicates there are many functions and attributes already created but not yet implemented as form

Since God is an absolutely infinite being of whom no attribute which expresses an essence of substance can be denied and he necessarily exists, if there were any substance except God, it would have to be explained through some attribute of God and so two substances of the same attribute would exists, which is absurd
